1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 99 gamespk platform — whether through the website at 99gamespk.net, any associated mobile interface, or any application — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to every service offered by 99 gamespk, including cricket betting, esports betting, live casino games, crash games such as Aviator, and the live cricket score section.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the 99 gamespk Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 99 gamespk. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

99 gamespk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is revised. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or the platform's obligations to you — 99 gamespk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification before the change takes effect.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on 99 gamespk and access real-money games and betting markets, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 99 gamespk does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform in any capacity. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited pending investigation.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using the 99 gamespk platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility — not 99 gamespk's — to ensure that using this platform is legal where you are located.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth or a name that does not match your identification documents — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 99 gamespk or any of its technology or game-supply partners, unless explicit written permission has been granted.
• Each person may hold only one account on 99 gamespk. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and may result in forfeiture of bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 99 gamespk account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 99 gamespk will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone under any circumstances.

• Do not share your account login credentials with any other person, including friends or family members. All activity on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of who performed it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 99 gamespk support immediately via the official support channels at support@99gamespk.net. 99 gamespk will investigate unauthorised access reports promptly and may temporarily freeze the account while the investigation is in progress.
• You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 99 gamespk account. While 2FA is not mandatory, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the 99 gamespk platform — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or withdrawing funds — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

4Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 99 gamespk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99 gamespk does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — even family members — are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and account suspension.
• 99 gamespk does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside 99 gamespk's control and is your responsibility to check.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any game or bet for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the inactivity policy communicated to users at registration.
• 99 gamespk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide this documentation may result in deposits being held and accounts frozen until compliance requirements are met.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 99 gamespk can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, or a verified alternative method on file with your account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Minimum IBFT withdrawal is Rs 1,000.
• Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 60 minutes of the request being submitted. IBFT withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business hours. 99 gamespk does not guarantee processing times during periods of exceptional volume, system maintenance, or public holidays.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This typically involves providing a copy of your CNIC or passport and proof of the payment method used. 99 gamespk endeavours to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.
• Withdrawal requests that are flagged for review — including those above certain value thresholds or those associated with unusual account activity — may be held for up to 5 business days while the review is conducted.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be deducted from the withdrawable balance automatically.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and esports betting activity on 99 gamespk, including cricket betting, PSL markets, international matches, and esports events:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued by 99 gamespk, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the user — except in circumstances where the platform's bet-cancellation policy explicitly permits it.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or interrupted before the minimum completion criteria are met, 99 gamespk reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to user accounts. Specific minimum completion rules for cricket — including rules for rain-affected matches and DLS applications — are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.
• Obvious pricing errors — including odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault — are not binding. 99 gamespk reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds and return the stake to the user. "Obvious error" means a price that is materially inconsistent with market prices at the same time across comparable platforms.
• In-play betting markets close automatically based on match events — for example, a ball-by-ball market closes as the delivery is bowled. 99 gamespk is not liable for connectivity issues on the user's end that result in bets not being placed before market closure.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per user per day. Current limits are published in the platform's Betting Limits section. Winnings above the stated maximum will be paid up to the cap and the remainder of the stake returned.
• Multiple accounts used to exploit betting markets — including arbitrage betting using different accounts, or coordinated betting by related parties — will result in all involved accounts being closed and winnings forfeited.

7Casino & Crash Games

The following rules apply to all casino games, live dealer tables, and crash games (including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, Plinko, and related titles) offered on the 99 gamespk platform:

• All casino and crash game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or — in the case of provably fair crash games — cryptographically verified seed-based systems. 99 gamespk does not control or influence the outcome of any game round.
• In the event of a technical fault — including a server error, disconnection, or game engine crash — during a casino or crash game round, 99 gamespk will use the game provider's server-side log to determine the outcome of the round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Auto-cashout settings in crash games are honoured by the game server regardless of client connection status. If a player sets an auto-cashout and their connection drops before the crash point, the auto-cashout will still execute at the set multiplier if the multiplier is reached before the crash.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent long-run theoretical averages across millions of game rounds. They do not guarantee any individual user's results in any session or over any finite number of rounds.
• Each game title may have specific rules published within the game interface itself. In the event of a conflict between those in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules govern for that specific game.

8Bonuses & Promotions

99 gamespk offers bonuses, promotions, and free bet credits to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which must be read alongside these general bonus rules:

• All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, and free bets — are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus or derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity window stated for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity window will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus funds, after wagering requirements have been fully met, can be withdrawn.
• 99 gamespk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes cancelling a promotion for a specific user if there is evidence that the promotion is being abused — including through multiple account abuse, bonus hunting, or coordinated exploitation with other users.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible user and once per household and device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in all involved accounts being closed.
• Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only. Commercial exploitation of bonus offers — including systematic bonus hunting for profit — is not permitted on 99 gamespk.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99 gamespk platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Match-fixing and inside information: Using non-public information about the outcome of any sporting event to place bets constitutes match-fixing or use of privileged information. This is illegal and will be reported to the relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement agencies.
• Money laundering: Using the 99 gamespk platform to deposit funds derived from illegal activity, to obscure the origin of funds, or to transfer funds between parties through the platform for non-gaming purposes is strictly prohibited and subject to mandatory reporting obligations.
• Account sharing and impersonation: Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account details, constitutes a breach of these Terms regardless of consent.
• Automated access: Using bots, scripts, AI agents, or any automated system to interact with the 99 gamespk platform — including to scrape data, place bets, or exploit game mechanics — is prohibited.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith after using funds for betting purposes is considered fraud. 99 gamespk will contest all bad-faith chargebacks and may pursue recovery through legal channels.
• Harassment of staff or other users: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 99 gamespk support staff or other users via any communication channel will result in immediate and permanent account closure.

10Responsible Gaming

99 gamespk is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity. A full description of these tools and resources is available on the Responsible Gaming page. As a summary:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increasing an existing limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase applies.
• Session time limits: You can set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and prompted to take a break before resuming play.
• Self-exclusion: You can request temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion directly from your account or by contacting support. During self-exclusion, your account will be frozen and you will be opted out of all marketing communications from 99 gamespk.
• Reality checks: Optional in-session notifications remind you of your session duration and net spend at intervals of your choosing.

Our team will never attempt to dissuade you from self-excluding or downgrading deposit limits.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 99 gamespk platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and live cricket score displays — is owned by or licensed to 99 gamespk and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the 99 gamespk platform without prior written permission from 99 gamespk.
• The 99 gamespk name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of 99 gamespk. Use of these marks in any commercial context — including affiliate marketing, social media pages, or third-party websites — without a current written agreement with 99 gamespk is prohibited.
• Game titles available on 99 gamespk — including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and others — are the intellectual property of their respective developers and are used under licence. 99 gamespk makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99 gamespk's liability to any user in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 99 gamespk is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or software incompatibilities on the user's side that affect access to the platform or the ability to place or cash out bets in time.
• 99 gamespk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings.
• 99 gamespk does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access. 99 gamespk will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 99 gamespk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Privacy & Data

99 gamespk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 99 gamespk. In brief:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is stored securely and used only for the purposes of providing the 99 gamespk service, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with you about your account and applicable promotions (where you have opted in).
• 99 gamespk does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who require it to deliver the 99 gamespk platform — including payment processors, game providers, and fraud prevention services — and only under appropriate data processing agreements.

14Amendments to These Terms

If you disagree with an amended version of the Terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account at any time by contacting support. Continued use of 99 gamespk after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Historical versions of these Terms are retained by 99 gamespk and can be provided on request to any user who needs to review the terms that applied at a specific date.
